Battery Tester CT3004D

The LANHE CT3004D is a high-precision large-current battery testing system, part of the CT3000 series, designed for formation, grading, and dynamic performance testing of power batteries and modules.

Built with a modular architecture, it features 8 independent channels per module, with support for up to 20 modules in a single rack for scalable high-throughput testing. Each channel operates completely independently, allowing simultaneous execution of different test processes without interference.

The system supports a full suite of test modes: constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant power (CP) charge/discharge, C-rate testing, constant resistance discharge, DCIR measurement, and rest steps. It is equipped with comprehensive software and hardware protection mechanisms (overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse connection, power-off protection, etc.) to ensure safe, stable 24/7 operation.
